Bonga brings speech recognition, a model-generated reply, and optional voice synthesis together through Ngamia.

Model and voice choices depend on the live catalog.
This website is an interactive product preview with prewritten examples. It does not record audio or call the Ngamia API. A working voice experience needs a secure backend, a Ngamia API key, and an interface for recording and reviewing voice notes.
Bonga is Kiswahili-first. The transcription language hint defaults to Kiswahili, and replies can be requested in Kiswahili or English. Actual recognition and spoken output depend on the models and approved voice chosen in your integration.
The combined Bonga route processes one short voice note and returns one response. It is synchronous, rather than a live, interruptible voice call. Streaming conversations and longer sessions require additional engineering.
Review the transcript, especially names, dates, numbers, and amounts. Voice recognition and AI replies can make mistakes. Payments or account changes need separate authenticated confirmation, not a voice note alone.
